Accessibility
The entire Museum is wheelchair accessible,The main entrance of the building has ramps and an elevator in the Museum allows all visitors to access both floors of the exhibition.

The videos are available with French sub-titles or in English.
Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours to visit the exhibition.
Security Policies
- Backpacks and bulky objects must be left at the reception area or in the cloakroom.
- Cameras and video or audio recorders are prohibited.
- To respect other visitors, the use of cellular telephones is not allowed in the exhibition.
- The Museum is a non-smoking environment.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibition.

It is also possible for groups to request a Holocaust survivor testimony. A testimony adds the human dimension to the incomprehensible numbers of those murdered.

Services
A selection of books including reference materials, youth-oriented books and Holocaust survivor memoirs are available for sale at the entrance of the Museum.A café, serving light meals and drinks, is open from Monday to Friday during regular Cummings House business hours.
